Shipping policy


Domestic shipping.Most orders can be shipped to the customer's address within 1 to 2 business days.


International Shipping

We currently offer three shipping options:

Shipping option 1: DHL/UPS shipping to countries such as the USA, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Cyprus, Germany, Norway, and Switzerland. The customer is responsible for customs clearance, and delivery to the customer's address takes 4–6 days.

Shipping option 2: Air shipping DDP—delivery to US addresses in 9–14 days. If you are a US customer who prefers to buy directly from us rather than from a local US source, and you are unsure about US customs duties, you can choose this air shipping option. We handle US customs clearance and pay the duties; the goods are delivered directly to your address.

Shipping option 3: Sea shipping DDP—delivery to US addresses in 40–50 days. If you have ample time or are looking for a lower price, you can choose sea shipping. We handle US customs clearance and pay the duties; the goods are delivered directly to your address. 

Refund Policy

For items not received

You will receive a full refund if your item is not received. As defined by our terms and conditions, an item will be considered “not received” if the item has not been received 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


For items not as described or damaged during shipping

If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item has been damaged during shipping, keep the item and all packaging material so we can file an insurance claim with the shipper.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will investigate.
